Cask Marque This is a nationally acknowledged recommendation to the customer that only cask conditioned ale of the highest quality is available. Outlets are marked for the temperature, aroma, appearance and taste of each individual beer and have to score 100% in each category to pass. The Brewery Tap is one of the very few pubs in the country to have been awarded a Cask Marque for each of the years Cask Marque has been established. |
