Welcome to The Brewery Tap on-line 'The pub operates under a Greene King 9 year tenancy agreement with a newly agreed partial tie to the Greene King product portfolio allowing us to also include a couple of additional local cask ales! Offering quality 'home cooked' traditional lunch fare, the pub has become extremely popular at lunchtime whilst continuing to play an important role within the town as a leading community outlet and weekend destination. The Brewery Tap, in part thanks to our six rotating cask ales, is also the only pub in Abingdon to appear in the 'Good Beer Guide 2010' and has had a Cask Marque award for each of the 15 years Cask Marque has run. The current proprietors, Matt & Jacquiline Heritage have been at the helm since taking over the lease in late 1999, continuing the family tradition started when Matt's parents, Keith & Marilyn, opened the pub following Morland's award winning conversion of three period town houses in November 1993.
